UNWANTED GOODS will offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days – no questions asked!.

Unfortunately, due to our strict health and hygiene regulations, we cannot refund or exchange unwanted items if the products have been used or any of the original packaging is missing, opened or broken.

INCORRECT OR FAULTY GOODS offers a 12 month replacement or refund policy on all faulty products. Please notify us about faulty or incorrect goods ASAP so we can rectify the problem quickly for you. Send all the parts back to us. (Just follow the How to Return an Item process below.)


You have the right to cancel your order for a full refund. doing all to despatched orders daily, so please try and cancel your order on the same day as ordering to avoid the inconvenience of returning your order.


The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation. At we aim to refund you within 10 days.

Unfortunately, a refund cannot be issued until receives the goods in question.

Pack your item either in the envelope or box you received it in, or some other secure packaging. Ensure you enclose your name, address and order number (without this information we may not be able to identify your return) Don't forget to ask for your FREE proof of postage at the Post Office.  This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights
